The LCHBA has three member categories:
Builder Members
Associate Members
Affiliate Members

BUILDER MEMBERSHIP is available to any person who has been in or employed by a firm or corporation that is in the business of one of the following:

The business of building or remodeling houses, apartments, schools, commercial, industrial, or other structures normally related and appurtenant to a community; or in land development; and who transacts such business, or resides, within the territorial jurisdiction of this Association

The business of land development.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP is open to any individual who is or has been engaged or employed by a firm or corporation engaged in a trade, industry or profession related to home building and not inconsistent with the objectives of the “Association.”

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP is a reduced rate membership available only  to additional members of any firm or company where there is at least one other member in good standing.
